Perhaps Great Hoboes' greatest strength is its timely review of new bands, developing hot spots and the latest movies. We spend a lot of time perusing the watering holes, taco stands, frites shacks, clubs and performance spaces of lower Manhattan so that you know exactly where to go, and where not to go, on your next night out or early morning coming back.
Beyond that, we have professional philosophers, anthropologists, armchair political scientists and wannabe psychics on our staff, to try to make sense of the day's issues which rarely make any sense at all. All opinions are to be taken as just that - another interpretation of something that you've no doubt considered yourself. It's through providing often contradictory, but always well thought out, notions in our commentary that we provide you with the best representation of the diverse political and social spheres of lower Manhattan.
